The Coastal Commission meeting took place in San Rafael on July 10-12. The meeting featured the highly controversial Magnolia Tank Farm local planning amendment, a briefing on lower-cost overnight accommodations, geotechnical sampling for offshore wind and well testing and abandonment in Ballona Wetlands - resulting in two vote charts.
