Description | The September hearing was held in Eureka. One of the more controversial issues was the “Eureka – Arcata Route 101 Project”, that was amended during the hearing to reach a compromise that locals considered a “win-win”. Other agenda items spurred discussion amongst the Commissions about the importance of compliance with Local Coastal Plans (LCP) and Land Use Plans (LUP). |
